●Compared to the naked eye, objects can be seen clearly and distinctly, making it ideal for inspecting uneven paintwork and foreign objects.
●Since there is no change in color as with the naked eye, it is suitable for visual inspection and foreign object inspection.

◆What is ULTRA LENS

This is a functional lens that we are proud of, which makes objects appear clearer and improves visibility by emphasizing a specific color gamut according to the purpose or application. This is a general term for a group of lenses developed by our company to enhance part of the visual information for the purpose of improving the performance of workers.
Since the activity environment and the tools used vary depending on the industry, and the color gamut that needs to be emphasized differs, each time a trial is conducted in collaboration with experts and professionals, the characteristics of the lens are optimized to meet the purpose.
In the field of industrial safety, we have developed the "Ultra Clear Blue Lens (*)" specialized for inspection through repeated testing at sites such as inspecting molded products before painting, inspecting products, and determining uneven painting.
This technology is applied to special lenses suitable for each scene, such as golf, snow sports, and driving.


(※)Through joint research with Dr. Ichiro Katayama, Department of Human Engineering, Faculty of Biological Science and Technology, Kinki University, we have succeeded in developing a lens with improved contrast through the use of light control technology. These lenses improve the color rendering and contrast of the naked eye, making it easier to see objects.

「ULTRA Lens for Inspection」
Ideal for pre-painting inspection, testing, uneven coating, etc.

The human eye discriminates colors using three types of sensors (cone cells): red (R), green (G), and blue (B). The CV lens is designed so that the wavelengths sensed by these cone cells can be sensed independently. As a result, red (R), green (G), and blue (B) are clearly and distinctly visible, improving workability. In addition, although the lenses are light blue in color, the color tone through the lenses is achromatic, so even when worn, white will appear as white and red (R), green (G), and blue (B) colors will appear more vivid.

*The lens surface of anti-fog specification lenses may turn whitish during distribution or depending on the customer's usage and storage environment.
This is due to the action of the antifog agent (anti-fogging agent). There is no problem with the performance, so please wipe it off lightly with a soft cloth before use.
The anti-fogging effect will deteriorate with use of the product due to scratches, dirt, and other factors.
If the anti-fogging effect deteriorates, use the separately sold "Demist Series".
