Press down hard on the area of the lens near the nose pads from the inside with both of your thumbs, releasing the lens.

Place the lens on the rim from the front and press it into the groove in the order of ①, ②, and ③.

Press ④ down strongly with both thumbs in the direction of the arrow, inserting the lens. Exchange the left and right in the same way.

Loosen the frame's screw and press down on the lens from the inside outward, releasing the lens.

Be sure the lens you will insert is for the correct side and insert it into the frame from the outside.

Confirm that the lens is snug in the frame, and tighten the screw. Exchange the left and right in the same way.

Pinch ① at the top of the frame and ② at the bottom, pull ① up, and release the concave part of the lens from the convex part of the frame's groove.

Release the left and right evenly along the groove. Exchange the left and right in the same way.

Last, release the concave part of the lens from the convex part of the groove at the nose section at the bottom of the frame.

Insert the nose section of the lens firmly into the bottom center groove of the frame's nose section.

Match one of the edges of the lens with the groove and insert it into the frame.

Match the opposite edge with the frame's groove and insert it.
